Domaine Guigal was founded in 1946 by Etienne Guigal in Ampuis, a small ancient village and cradle of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. It is home to a unique vineyard where vines and wine have been celebrated for 2400 years.
I’ll guide you through the vineyards of Côte-Rôtie, where the finest vintages are produced. You’ll have the opportunity to visit the Cave de la Famille Guigal, located in the heart of the village of Ampuis, an exceptional cellar, arguably the most imposing in the region.
We’ll round off the experience with a tasting of the family’s wines! As an added bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the Caveau du Château museum, a remarkable collection of wine-making objects and antique treasures.
